  • IBERIAN HAM ("cebo" [Iberian pigs fed only on grass and natural dry fodder] , Acorn-fed)

These hams are presented as:

  • WHOLE PIECE OF HAM (with and without trotter)
  • BONED HAM (Centre / "Maza" (area with most meat), "Contra" (area opposite the "maza" and "Punta" (hip) / Clean moulds / Cubes / Sliced)

The entire range of Julian Mairal cold meat and sausages is based on artisan tradition and experience. With the best raw materials, and with care, dedication and cutting-edge technology, we produce longaniza sausage of Aragon, pork loin, fuet sausage, seçallona (cured longaniza sausage) … and a large variety of cut cold meat. Our longaniza sausage and pork loin have the CALIAL certificate of quality.
