The company, founded more than 60 years ago by Julian Mairal Fumanal in Barbastro, has a strong family background. Julian Mairal Villamana took over the reins of the company from his father and after comprehensive training and gaining expertise in all the topics related to the meat industry, he planned, developed and modernised the factory facilities. These facilities have now become a clear national benchmark in the sector. Ham, fresh and cured cold meat, longaniza sausage or pork loin hold no secrets for Julian Mairal.

The basis of the product quality is an in-depth knowledge of the raw material and of the transformation processes. Permanent enthusiasm to improve combines with experience and tradition to offer the best products every day to the company's thousands of customers.
